Richard is a native of California and has been in the insurance industry for over 40 years.
In 1983, Richard M. Bryant joined the firm and spearheaded the efforts to focus the firm’s sales effort on the large, upscale personal and commercial clients, which was very profitable to the insurance companies and agency. This effort produced tremendous result. In April of 1988, Richard M. Bryant, along with four other management personnel of the time, purchased EBR (E. Broox Randall & Sons, Inc.) from Travelers. In 1994 Richard purchased all the remaining stock from the partners.
As President of the company Richard’s philosophy is that the client’s interests come first. As brokers we should act as impartial advisors rather than salespersons. In effect, we function as a member of the client’s staff and/or family, rather than as an outside vendor whose interest could conflict with client needs. Richard believes we operate as an extension of each client, employed by and accountable to them. He thinks the idea is valid. He knows it works. He applies it to every client of Randall we are privileged to serve.
Raised in Toronto, Canada, Patricia is Vice President at Randall. She relocated to California several years ago to avoid the cold winters. She has been in the insurance industry for 28 years and has worked with Randall for the same number of years. During that time, she has honed her insurance skills and knowledge.

A Los Angeles Native, Daniel Tabarez is an account executive at Randall and has been an insurance agent since 1999. Being part of Randall’s Commercial Lines Department, his goal is to find the insurance that best fits you and your business. He assists his clients with annual reviewing of their insurance needs and provides them with guidance and knowledge to ensure protection.
Daniel has been an active member of his community by volunteering his time as a youth softball & baseball coach and served as the athletic director for the local youth football & cheerleading origination.
Born and Raised in the San Fernando Valley, Mandi is an Assistant Vice President of the Randall Private Client Group and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in personal insurance, specializing in coverage for high net worth clients.
Starting in the accounting department of an insurance company in 1989, she has honed her skills and increased her education during her 28 years working on both the company and agency sides of the insurance industry. She has been a licensed insurance agent since 1998 and achieved and maintained a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation since 2001.
In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors, primarily hiking and staying in shape. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and family.
Nedi Delos Reyes began her insurance career in 2009. She handled personal lines, life and health departments of an insurance agency in Beverly Hills. She joined Randall in August of 2012. Coming from an extensive marketing and customer service background, Nedi aims to consistently provide exceptional service and professional advice in insurance.
Nedi graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree, major in Management. Prior to joining the insurance industry, she was a banker for 19 years. In her spare time, she is involved with the Music Ministry at her parish church.
Amber’s first professional job was in customer service for a mortgage company where she enjoyed helping customers. Amber joined our team in 2016, bringing 15 years of knowledge on a wide range of insurance products and underwriting guidelines across multiple states. In her role as Personal Lines Account Executive, Amber is committed to making sure her clients have the right coverage for their specific needs and continues her passion for delivering excellent service.
She is a native Californian and licensed Property & Casualty broker. A member of the National Alliance, she holds an accredited CISR designation.
Inaz Brown is a Ventura County native who started at Anderson & Murison in 2002 typing policies and quickly moved into a Personal Lines Junior Underwriter position.
Having worked within the Underwriting capacity of General Agent specialty markets for over 12 years, she acquired a well-rounded knowledge of the insurance industry’s trends, guidelines, products, and overall approach in the assumption of risk. This afforded a smooth transition to the world of insurance retail brokerage directly assisting the consumer in understanding the innerworkings of the insurance market as a whole.

A Los Angeles Native, Gloria Estrada is an Executive Assistant at Randall since 1996. As a part of RANDALL’S team, Gloria assists Richard Bryant and Pat Sullivan while also assisting in the management of the office. Gloria’s responsibilities also include marketing new business.
